Woodland Scene
Annette Try sent in her version of the painting project saying: 'I have painted this in watercolour using various techniques, wet on dry, wet on wet, and mixing various colours to get an assortment of greens. I have add Cobalt Blue to get shade within the trees and some Aureolin to let the afternoon sun come through the trees and fall on the autumn leaves of the previous year. I have used cadmium red to show sign of the leaves lying there under the trees, and red added to the leaves in the trees. I have also painted distant (ghost trees) in the distant. I feel once the painting had a mount round it, it looked lovely' .
