Tomasz Boinski sent in his version of Colin's project saying: 'Last month I had so much fun with the painting project I decided to give a go this month too. I found it challenging again, but that's the best way learn something new - leave your comfort zone and try something different, I think. As Stephen said the photo is pretty flat, with no light. He already suggested a composition with cropped photo and also mentioned he will make a sunset. That was my first thought too, but I decided to go totally crazy with this and take a landscape slice of the photograph, and turn it into night time with moonlight, but leaving the moon above the top line and give only a strong glow. At the very end I decided to break cool colours with a touch of something warm, so I added street lights on the left, imagining there might be a footpath, park or even small street there. Not sure if it was a good idea though. I'd love to hear what you think. Thank you for a great project again! Oil
