Liz Lynham sent in her version of Tony's project saying: 'The photograph brought to mind an article in LP published a good few years ago in which the artist demonstrated his pen and wash techniques in painting several of these Victorian houses. I was so inspired I kept this article for years but sadly am unable to find it now. But I tried (and failed!) to produce this in his 'style'. But I enjoyed the attempt! I believe his name is Watson. He was a British micro surgeon who retired from the medical profession to paint full time, now living in the USA. If anyone was similarly inspired and kept this article, I'd love a copy!'
