Jane Bagshaw sent in her painting saying: 'Having been given a set of 12 Faber Castell pastel pencils as a present a few months ago I was pleased to find this demo. With just the small set of pencils at my disposal, my colour choices were a little limited, and I found it frustratingly difficult to sharpen the pencils without breaking them! I did however enjoy my attempt at this project and while the end result was not altogether successful I am fairly pleased with my first attempt with this medium'
