Biography

www.instagram.com/lawriefloodartwork Www.facebook.com/lawriefloodartwork I am an artist living on the coast of mid Essex. I am originally from Exeter, Devon. I loved drawing and painting from a young age, visiting my local museum aged around 8 years of age (on my own! It was the late 70's/early 80's) to sketch and draw the stuffed animals etc. Since then I have painted on and off for quite a few years. But more recent years painted more. I work full time as an HCA at a local hospital, so I fit art into my spare time. I love using oils, though I have worked with acrylic, watercolours, and pencil, plus other mediums. It would be fantastic to paint full time, but I imagine all artists feel this way. I hope you enjoy my work. Regards Lawrie
