I really like this Steven, just getting to grips with watercolour myself.

All your watercolours are incredible Steven, this is no exception, beautifully done.

Great image, I love your strong colours.

Like it - from the depth of colour to the brushwork, and the sense that you've captured the animal's spirit. Agree with you, too - the more boldly you use colour, and the more you find out about what the pigments will do, the greater the progress you make: not everyone agrees entirely with that; some really don't want to know about the "technical" things; but I think you can't really know too much - even if it's what you do with the knowledge that counts.
