Wonderful scene and how lovely to see the view of St Paul's without those two ugly modern skyscrapers that obscure the view of it now. Great vibrancy and super colours.

Great atmosphere Steven.I might be wrong but I think this is actually Fleet Street that leads down to Ludgate Hill.

I think fred may be right, but does it matter? A really good painting, great sense of "time". An excellent gallery too.

Very lively painting Steven, as usual, very well drawn and the eye is drawn into the scene towards St. Pauls.

This is Ludgate Hill London working it's way up to St Pauls in the distance. Used a number of old B/W photos as reference. Watercolour 20 by 16ins approx
