Thanks for your kind words on my latest posting - I wonder if I left the cars out through a bit of a lapse in confidence which is something you have certainly not shied from in this super picture. I am referring, of course, to the cyclists who are painted with such skill (as is the whole picture) - I must get into the habit of including figures and objects to add that bit of life.

This 40x60cm acrylic painting on canvas is on show at a gallery together with more than 20 of my works in a solo exhibition. It was inspired by a photograph but I have changed the season from winter to spring with cyclists added to put more life into it.
