A Phoenix from the ashes then Lesley, it’s morphed in to a wonderful sea/landscape, it has it all.

This has worked really well, Lesley. A lovely seascape.

Great sweep of the bay and a very appealing painting Lesley.

Definitely, from the ashes, Fiona, oh what fun I had trying to remember how it looked, this one was on my easle for a couple of month's.

Thankyou so many Ellen, it's hard to know if it's worked after spending so much time on a painting.

Thankyou so many Carole much appreciated. The bay has more colours but as it is a large painting my camera seems to have missed them.

I've changed this so many times, it's memories of a long standing printed canvas of Newquay that I had put away, and tried to refresh it using a damp cloth, to my surprise, the print dissolved onto my cloth, leaving me with a complete blank canvas, the scene, not easy to replicate, but it is now my semi abstract version. I've used acrylics in excess to paint this .it measures 50cm X 160cm. I would like to say this is finished, but would appreciate any comments,
