Kirstin White
Biography
Kirstin White paints watercolours rapidly and on-the-spot. Consequently, she is often commissioned to paint pictures at wedding receptions. Kirstin paints at other events too and among her favourite painting subjects are parties, music festivals, fetes, fairs and shows. As a watercolourist, and especially during the height of the summer, Kirstin can often be seen working outside, at her easel. Accompanied by her spotty dog, she travels the UK painting and drawing. Working predominantly in watercolour, she frequently includes additional drawing media in her pictures. Kirstin as an art tutor Moreover, Kirstin White is an enthusiastic and experienced tutor who enjoys passing on her knowledge. Having, herself, trained at Salisbury College of Art between 1979 – 1982, she now teaches regularly. Lessons are held in Martyr Worthy Village Hall, SO21 1DY. On the one hand, she offers tuition in watercolour painting. On the other, she leads life drawing classes.
