Lovely painting. So full of atmosphere and the light is wonderful.

This really stands out on the gallery page Kim, I think it's the light and shade effect that attracts the eye. On closer inspection the details - figures, trees and buildings are very well portrayed, a very pleasing watercolour.

A wonderful nostalgic scene.

This jumps out at you, you could be there.

The cool colours and delicate lighting make this a really evocative piece of work.

Peter....... in reply to painting the Mill. I looked at it and perhaps the light wasn't right at the time,, but I will go back in the winter time. I think this may be a better challenge!!
