Trilliums and Friends

This is a pastel done from a photograph taken while strolling a nearby park. I love trilliums and it was fun to depict the sunlight filtering through the trees. Hope you enjoy!

You have managed to create such beautiful depth of shadow in this painting - an excellent contrast with the dappled lights. I love the detail, it's just my kind of work.
