I do admire paintings (and painters) like this, which convey a complex street scene in broad but accurately placed brush strokes. They make you look at your own environment with new eyes.

Superb work, Karl. Love your choice of colours and your fresh, lively plein air approach. I wish I could loosen up to get these types of oil effects. Great painting
