Thank you. This artwork is about the mundane. Every morning in my country we drink coffee and most ladies read the fortune that the coffee grinds leave. Some of the most outrageous predictions are heard during these morning get togethers. I am glad I was able to convey the personality of a fortuneteller through my painting.

I was born in 1956 and lived in Yerevan, Armenia, ever since. I graduated from the State College of Fine Arts, named after an Armenian painter Panos Terlemezyan. I continued my education at the Armenian State University majoring in Pedagogy and Psychology.
