Scaning the ice by karen charman

This is interesting. To me the composition is good with a variety of shapes,making me look at the bear differently.Various intensity of colour also keeps the image alive and original.

A very good painting Karen,i also like the rhino too . Nice too see more animal paintings as they are my favourite subject to paint.

Thank you all for your nice comments. David. I like plenty of space in front of most of my animals so the dont seem like they are just looking at the frame. The Rhino was slightly different as I wanted to convey bulk.
