Yes it does look very windy and cold. They all look as if they are in a rush. I love your washes very effective and loose. Plus your colour pallet is pleasing to the eye.

Definitely looks windy and that is a hard thing to convey in a painting - so props to you for pulling it off. Lovely palette too.
