Well done for qualifying and for Robert Lindsay choosing your painting. I can see why he selected your portrait. I watched this series and there was some amazing work. Congratulations.

Chris, not having access to Sky I could only watch it when I got the DVD from the film makers. The most interesting thing to me was how the chosen four grew tall with the reckognition and the last commissions were just excellent pieces of art.Particularly Louis from the Trafalgar group, with the ballet dancer.Joy. Me and my friend spent yesterday evening watching the wholes series, editing out the adverts and extraneous stuff. It showed the infinite ways in which you can paint. Very interesting programme and it was not just about who was best, but also about who was willing to develop. It was interesting to see how the artists embraced, or not, as the case was with one at least, developing from the influences suggested by the judges. Worthy winner I thought even though like you I thought Louis's portrait of the ballet dancer was inspired. Inspiring to watch and I am looking forward to dive into my next project.
