Where is my makeup !!

A Mandrill - a large member of the baboon family: one of them (in Bristol Zoo) had a grand passion for my mother, and, um - demonstrated it... An alarming sight for her, entailing a certain amount of embarrassment as she tried to explain it to 8 year old me - going a range of colours not dissimilar to those in his face. You bring it all flooding back!

Great painting and Robert's comment has really made me smile. I think we all have seen what he's seen!
