Batson Creek

Visited this spot in February this year, and it's a marvellous view for a painting. You picked a good moment for the level of water in the creek. A lovely composition and one of my favourite subjects!

Very nice feel to this painting. Good clean colours and a nice freshness.

Thanks for all your kind comments. I had missed out most of the clutter in the scene, no doubt someone could make a painting of the various boatyards around there !
