Beyond the dark forest...

This is so beautiful Jenny. How do you get that iridescence on the wings and the tail? I am assuming this is a Blue Jay? Please correct me if I am wrong. The whole pai ting has a special quality ,peaceful, happy.. A lovely painting. I have just meandered through your gallery, its lovely.
