Of course you should be showing your work - we don't, I think, get enough pencil work, it's always good to see drawings. HB pencil is hard, and not very forgiving; I often use it, but usually with some softer grades to hand as well; and of course the putty rubber or Tombow eraser to hand. Makes it a little bit easier.
