I'm surprised that you haven't had more comments! I think that this is great but I haven't seen the original as yet! Anyway, I just had to say how much I like this and hope that you do more in this kind of style.

Thanks Sarah. I have done a few versions of his other subjects, solely for my own house, as I love his style. Ironically they look very modern, but he died almost 100 years ago! I will post some of the other paintings in due course.
