Thank you for your lovely comments. Painting has opened my eyes to viewing things in a different light and I am thoroughly enjoying doing what I'm doing, even when not quite as successful as this!! I'm going to attempt more in this vein as I tend to draw lines then fill in the gaps, in this pic I blocked out the basics then started to dd the detail and as a result thoroughly enjoyed the process and the result.

Thank You Jane for your comments on my recent painting. I have give you an answer there to the question you asked but will tell you here also. To make the circles I used the cap from the tube of paint. I just use whatever happens to be around when painting. Abstract is my real interest though I do dabble in other areas. I looked through your gallery and you have some lovely work there.
