Very powerful image James, it is very well drawn, and the story behind it of course is one to be remembered by all forever

A very powerful image, James, and very well drawn too. I visited the center just a little over a year ago. It's a very fitting tribute to those who are commemorated there.

Holocaust Memorial Day:27 Jan. Years ago on my visits to Israel I was overwhelmed by images of the holocaust at the Yad Vashem Centre. One has stuck in my mind; a cattle truck used to transport people to the final solution at the death camps. The rails hang over a chasm, with the truck at the end of the line. This is drawn from memories over 10 years ago. It's not good art, but I needed to draw it.
