This doesn't look like it was easy to paint Jacques. You have made a really good job of it.

Oh no, it was not easy to paint and there are many glitches, but I publish it as is, an attempt to show how beautiful a colourful crowd can be. This was made after a photograph I found on National Geographic. The original photo is much more impressive, as the crowd is seen in movement. At any rate, thank you for your appreciation, Adele.

Is it the beauty of a colourful croud (like flowers)? Or is it the disappearance of the invidual in the compressed mass? A nice painting, you could look both ways on it.

Yes Holger, it is both and even more, as the individuals have even lost their human appearance, simple dabs in various colours suggest the individuals, I just had to care for the distance between each other and the proportions. I think I made too many figures in the rear, but this exaggeration does not hinder the overwhelming sensation of hustle and bustle. Thanks a lot for your comment!
