It's a good painting; I just feel it's missing something without the bull

Very striking painting! But I can't work out the perspective - The horse looks as if your eye level is about the level of the horse's nose. However you are looking down on the Picador, which is the also the king of perspective you would have to have for the red barrier, to be where it is. Hope this helps.

I think the perspective is Ok but with a subject like this, you have to be more careful with detail, in this case the rider's anatomy. The colours work fine, maybe add some dust and sand at the horse's feet.
