Thank you for kind comments on my painting. I can't keep up, you are giving us so many beautiful paintings, these colours you use are so gorgeous.

What a prolific artist; how do you find the time? I hope you have a good sales outlet.

hi Irene, first of all , your gallery, wow wish i had time to comment on them all ,butr it would wear out my keyboard . thanks very much for your comments, and your spot on advice , you were right . my mate has sorted the camera for me , all i have to do is re-take pics , thanks ever so much for your concern, lol alan

Hi carol, diana,& alan-thankyou all so much ,carol you dont need to worry about keeping up with me ,most of these pics are what ive done over the last 7 years.and for the last year not done hardly any, due to circumstances, however i really must get back to doing some soon.trouble is i'm now spending most of my time on here looking at all the fab artists.ive prob got more hidden away somewhere. lol. diana-no i dont have a sales outlet - in eight years of painting iv'e only sold 2 originals ( the prints are on my gallery ) and i suspect they were bought by a family member as gifts. ive even had the notion that i may put -free to good home -, on them just to see if they were snapped up !! i do up to 3 local exhibitions a year, and im allways a wee bit disapointed when there is no interest. espeicially when lots are sold! thats partly why i dont paint anymore, ive just lost my confidence.i also tried to join our local Suffolk Art Society , where you have to submit 3 paintings to a panel to see if you are good eneough to become a member. well no luck there im afraid. one of the pics was of misty morn- as i thought i was rubbish at art i coppied this pic from a well known artist (DAVID BELLAMY ) i would never sell this pic, it was just to show what i could do! and to prove to myself that if i could paint a pic that looked like one of his -i must be reasonably good!!!! i know what you would all say on here "poppycock"-.but we all beat ourseleves up about our work don't we. Alan you are wellcome, glad you got camera sorted Regards all Irene.

Hi Irene I have looked through your impressive gallery...I like what I see in it...I'm very pleased you posted them here too...well done...I know what you mean about so much to see in the gallery...I have been back for nearly a month and I'm still chasing my favorite galleries to see what their contributors produced last month (Oct.)....waiting for the gesso to dry...no other painting today...

I don't care what you say, or the Suffolk Art Society, your paintings are extremely good, just keep at it ! I often feel dispaired that nothing turns out good enough. So keep it up, we enjoy looking at them on here. Best of luck Carole.

if you can paint like David Bellamy you must be really good , i like his work too . so come on Irene, paints and brushes ready and lets go , happy painting regards alan

Ello. Im no critic, but i know what i like as im sure you know, and i like this.

Ello to you all too its very much appriciated to have such lovely remarks from you all thankyou. your all so surportive on here , but can not get to do any more painting just for a while due to sad circumstances..... just need some time. and its difficult to see well when your eyes are full of tears. i'm trying to rember a qoute i once heard ithink it said. "In every heart there is an inner room, where we can hold our greatest treasures and our deepest pain." so i need to find it.. then i can move on. dest and kindest regards irene.

Hello Irene, looking forward to seeing more work from you. Don't let your paints dry for too long!! I'm sure your painting will help you along. - Kind regards Carole. x

Wow! I just love this. The colours and the blending are just fantastic. This is just how I want to paint landscapes and I just can't get it right.

Ignore David Bellamy Irene, just paint what you see. You are very talented, so be proud to paint in your own style, it is very, very good. Love, Bill.

Irene, I think you beat me for inspiration? I obviously missed this! Wonderful once again. Thank you for your comment on the May Tree you are so kind. I am looking for inspiration this morning - I need a couple of flower paintings but although I love flowers and the garden I really have to get motivated to paint flowers which I need at the moment for May June & July small exhibition of. Hope you are well unlike me who seems to be suffering at the moment. Have you had a look at my website? www.jeannetteharrisonart.com Leave a small comment if you can would be grateful. Best wishes Jeannette xxx
