Great action painting Ian, i remember reading this H.G Wells book around 60 years ago and it still thrills me today. i love the way you have depicted WW1 military figures, as the novel was written years before the war, and no modern adaptation proves as effective as the original pre-mechanized world atmosphere Wells wrote it in ,you have captured that moment brilliantly
