This looks like coloured pencils, and you seem to be very adept in their use. The shading of the cheeks and eyes plus the form of the nose is great and it's a pretty picture. The only possible critique I would give is it looks like rather a lot of teeth, maybe those to the sides would have been more in shadow or could have been drawn softer? Love the hair too, good job.
