Sometimes the simplist of paintings are the best and this is one of them Henry. The touch of sky makes the image work beautifully.

You have created an Oil painting affect here Henry, the powerful treatment works well against the large hillside and the tiny area of sky. I popped into the Lowry Gallery yesterday he used that sort of design in some of his lesser known landscape work. One of the staff gave a very interesting talk on his life.

That's art Henry , I am totally uninterested in the medium , your inventive mind created this painting why on earth would I want to quibble about the media. The image is superb and if you wanted you could print it and sell it as a monoprint , fantastic Henry.
