Mixed media, from a photo reference by Andrea Neuhaus. I was using some tinted charcoal that I was given for my birthday, along with ink and pastel pencils. I aimed to avoid putting in too much detail, as I find it tempting to want to put in every hair when the reference photo is so detailed, but decided to leave some more expressive strokes in there as well and I think it is finished, although who knows, maybe next week I will go back to it!
