Incredible achievement from a photograph. It's an effective painting, but I wonder if you considered greying off that far distant promontory a little, so that it looked at first sight less like a nose protruding from the cliff - snag is, once you've got that image in your mind's eye, it's a hell of a job getting it out again. I have a slightly literal mind.... Just a glaze of zinc white should do it, maybe with a touch of something else.... But this is a major nit-pick, when you've achieved so much life and variation in colour in the painting that I wouldn't have known, had you not said, that you'd not been there on the spot.

Very attractive painting.

Ty, Carole. Robert, youre absolutely right, and I hadn't noticed. My cliff has a nose! I'll take your advice and make the offending hooter more distant. Constructive criticism is always welcome

Some good comments from Robert there, but I just love your bold use of colour, well done.

ty Stephen, i appreciate your comment

I must have missed this one, Really striking in its composition and use of colour , Like it a lot.
