Dancing Chinneys

Dancing Chinneys

I like this, the blocks of colour stand well giving semi abstract appeal.

Thank you, Carole.

I like this painting. To me it has something mysterious about it. At first glimpse I thought these were roof tops in the Near East. Looks good.

Lovely, lovely.... full of interest.

Hi, Harry, it's me...I ticked you off the other day for putting three paintings on...Remember? I love your urban scenes, although I am a country escapist at heart and in reality. You are doing the sort of paintings which fired me many( !) moons ago..I loved the impact that buildings and townscapes made on the visual senses, their shapes and relationship to one another, but time and disillusionment took me away from that. Paint on....!

I remember, Ruth. I like the countrtyside, too, but I don't live in it. Never have.. So I paint what I've grown up in and love.

Lovely image of buildings, with the marvellous shapes of the chimneys on the rooftops leading onto the bridge
