Ah - just found the photo of the completed work. It looks wonderful - so different and really artistically inventive. Could you post a slightly lighter photo so that we can see all the detail a bit more clearly - don't want to miss a thing!

My goodness William, you are a man of many talents. I didn't know that you did sculpture as well as paint, and I'm seriously impressed! How nice to see you back, I'm sure that I speak for us all when I say that I missed seeing your work.

Thank Satu, Louise and Kirstie , It is so nice to hear from you again , the sculpture took three months to complete so I had no time for painting or very much else, when I wind down a little I shall get back to painting and browsing POL,

This is a Totem in praise of the creative writer,in this case the author of Alice in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll, The author gathers together letters makes words invents characters and gives them form and colour ,my totem tries to tell that story of creation in a fun and colourful way, I hope you feel that I have succeeded,
