I find this scene to be very appealing, Guy. I think the touch of colour in the foreground gives the overall monochromatic image that little bit of additional zest - nicely done!

A lovely painting, Guy, I especially like the contrast between the detail on the shoreline and the loose washes in the foreground - and the limited palette with just a few washes of colour is very effective.
