Portrait in Watercolour

I like this very much, lovely loose brushwork. As regards image quality it looks fine on my desktop. I've had concerns about image quality on POL before...they seem sorted now (?).

Thanks Lewis. It was sorted, but it seems to have reverted to something that is not quite right. It is only a recent thing, in the last few months I think. This image is ok elsewhere. The image on POL does not show the push and pull of the soft and hard lines as much as I intend it. The signature is not blurred in the photograph! Anyway, I am pleased you like it.

This is lovely Gudrun.

Beautiful work

A portrait from a very different angle superbly done.

This is beautiful, Gudrun.

Lovely painting Gudrun - 😃very dreamy and romantic

Thank you very much David, for taking the time to make such a nice comment!🙂

Archival, watercolour on 31 x23cm paper. This has been inspired from something I saw a while ago and have just got to; accompanied by a bit of Anders Hillborg, 'Sirens'. ... still something not quite right about the quality of image .... Crystal clear on my computer and other sites.
