Portrait in pencil
As you all know by now, I adore painting and drawing dancers so when the finalist of the Portrait Artist of the Year had the opportunity to paint Carlos Acosta I must admit I was envious. Pencil, A5, archival as always. Trying to take a decent photograph on the shortest day of the year, well, it is not perfect!
