Done in Derwent Procolour pencils on Fabriano Artistico watercolour paper. Inktense block used for the background. This is my second use of this paper, this time using a wax based pencil instead of an oil based one - still disappointingly flat despite applying more payers than you can shake a stick at :-(

I started attending a weekly Watercolour workshop after retiring in December 2014. I also enjoy working with graphite pencils, sometimes supplemented with watercolour pencils. I also use charcoal, pastels, Inktense, pen & ink, and coloured pencils.
