It looks good to me Malcolm. What medium do you use for blending?

Thank you Margaret. I am currently using a low odour mineral spirit (I picked up the wrong bottle in the shop). I shall soon be switching to an odourless one as I have nearly finished the current bottle. I used that for the hat and the jacket but blended with white and a colourless blender on the face and hands.

Done in Derwent Procolour pencils on Fabriano Artistico watercolour paper. Inktense block used for the background. This is my second use of this paper, this time using a wax based pencil instead of an oil based one - still disappointingly flat despite applying more payers than you can shake a stick at :-(
