I decided to try out a mixed media paper from Windsor & Newton. It accepted the PanPastels quite well but there was a little too much texture for coloured pencils for my taste - still, it was just a silly subject the I hope my granddaughter will like.

I started attending a weekly Watercolour workshop after retiring in December 2014. I also enjoy working with graphite pencils, sometimes supplemented with watercolour pencils. I also use charcoal, pastels, Inktense, pen & ink, and coloured pencils.
