Middle Earth

I started by painting the background using watercolour paper and paint, I’m still learning about watercolour and my foreground detail isn’t quite up to scratch yet. Then I scan the painting in and added the trees and the distant castle in using my drawing software.

You've certainly achieved a misty look. I like it. And it makes a change to see digital used in a multi media fashion.
