I have painted an almost identical composition to this but, having seen this superb study of yours, I think I'll put it away in the bottom drawer.

Thank you both for your comments. Michael my bottom drawer contains abandoned landscapes!, I doubt you have any landscapes in your bottom drawer from what I see of your portfolia.

Delicate and lovely painting. I have some lillies in a vase at the moment begging to be painted but I am not that good at flowers so I haven't been brave enough yet to try. I shall let your beautiful painting inspire me!
