Autumn colour

Loves the colours in this leaf Glennis, you have drawn it beautifully, like you say it's the little things that catch us out sometimes isn't it! Shadows can be tricky, but the leaf itself is such a scrumptious colour, thanks so much for your lovely comment on my pastel portrait of the ridgey puppy, it was good to get a chance to draw a full bodied one this time and the original photo was just so cute, the photo was Lucy Swinburne's as well, she has recently joined the pmp website, she loved the drawing as well so that was good, bye for now xx

Good veining on the leaf Glennis. I like the paler shadow on the right. Great colours too.

The colours in the leaf are beautiful. I think that possibly the shadows might have complimented the leaf colour if they were on the blue/purple side - just an idea.
