This is beautifully done and the dog hair astonishing. That highlight on the nose and striking eyes plus a flash of red on the collar all work a treat. Am interested in what brush(s) you used for that really fine hair?

A recent pet portrait commision, this dog has such character, although his mixture of flat and wire-hair coat was a challenge to get right. Watercolour and white gouache on Canson Mi-Teintes tinted paper.
