Withered Heather and Oak Twig

This is a well presented nature study. Just goes to show you don&#39;t have to have all bell and whistles to<br />present a painting of great beauty. Absolutely superb.

Thank you so much for your comment! I love doing small studies of natural forms in my sketchbooks. I pick up twigs, shells and so on while out walking and use them for individual studies or as part of still life compositions.
