Pastel on Ingres Paper, A3. My attempt at the painting project from Ros Rowell in the January 2011 Leisure Painter. I'm not a big fan of watercolour so I thought I would try this one in pastel. As Ros suggested in her article the sheep in the original photo proved a bit too challenging and you will find that in my version they are sheltering close to a nearby wall......................in the next field!
