Mixed Media - Derwent Inktense, Derwent pastel Pencils and Sennelier Soft Pastels on watercolour paper 11"x7". This is my attempt at the Puffins project from May 2010 Leisure Painter. I am a bit unhappy with the photo as the background greens have become much paler than the drawing. I haven't got this right yet but its such a great subject to paint I may have to have another go in Acrylics.

Gary Austin
I am an amateur artist and work in various media but favour acrylics, pastels and coloured pencils. I work full time as a Chartered Engineer and art is my relaxation. I am a member of the Codnor Art Club which was formed in mid 2014 when our adult education class closed after our teacher retired.
