I particularly like the way you have painted the sky and water. I agree with your comment about the rocks,maybe you could add a few lights to suggest the spray of the water on the lower rocks.

Atelier Interactive Acrylics on canvas board 16x20". Done for my art class from a photo of a waterfall somewhere in Yorkshire. It was interesting to see a group of 12 people all doing the same picture but all approaching it in a different way. Some worked on just a section of the picture at a time, others, like me, worked on the whole thing. Some had not used acrylics before and struggled at first but most grew to like the meduim after a while. I enjoyed painting this one though I think I could have made more of the rocks.
