Less keen on this one than on your seascape; while there's a lot going for it, I feel there's too little variation in the greens.

This comes over a little flat. It could be the photograph, it could be the atelier acrylics, or it could be that the greens need more variation and the painting more light and shade, as Robert says above. Greens can be trickie. I love the sky.

Acrylic on Canvas 16x20 ". I painted this one on a Tony Hogan Art Break using Atelier Interactive Acrylics. This is a very different painting experience from the normal acrylic. Tony was great too and I learned a lot.

I am an amateur artist and work in various media but favour acrylics, pastels and coloured pencils. I work full time as a Chartered Engineer and art is my relaxation. I am a member of the Codnor Art Club which was formed in mid 2014 when our adult education class closed after our teacher retired.
