Wow, like William said, it's a great drawing. And you have captured the emotion perfectly. I could almost see this being made into a sculpture - it's a superb composition and design.

This is an excellent drawing Fred. it looks like ink and watercolour washes? The subtle changes in colour work lovely on such a powerful image.

I drew this powerful image from a newspaper article at the time. They were the children of Banda Aceh the worst hit area in Indonesia. They were picking up food and water being dropped by Australian military helicopter.

Born In South London now living in Hampshire. A self taught artist although I did attend evening classes at The City and Guilds of London School of Art. As they didn't teach painting in artificial light I had to be content with life drawing two evenings a week. I also did all day on Sundays but…
