Thank you all for your kind words which have restored my faith in humanity ! This watercolour has just been rejected by the Much Wenlock 2012 Open Art Competition, but I am going to persevere and show it as one of the paintings in the forthcoming Ironbridge Society of Artists' Summer (ha ha) Exhibition at the Bear Steps Gallery in Shrewsbury ( 15 to 28 July).
